I previously stayed in a different hotel owned by the same owners. Already then I enjoyed it tremendously and thought that it's a wonderful place to stay in the city. This boutique hotel is located in the same colorful neighborhood in Tel Aviv which I adore so I decided to try it out. This hotel exceeded all of my expectations!! It is a super stylish super comfortable hotel with a wonderful staff available for you 24/7. the design is superb and i'm not sure i've ever been so impressed with a hotel design and i've been traveling a lot. My room was very comfortable and squeaky-clean too. It's a perfect stay -- relaxing and enjoyable. The owners are always there, ready to help, and I also had their breakfast and it's the kind of meal that one might safely say: made with love!! The location is perfect -- five minutes from the beach, five minutes from the market, five minutes from the bus station. It makes it so easy to navigate the city. My stay was awesome! I loved it and will definitely go back there in the future!!

Everything was perfect, met requirements, and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful people from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was very very good with muesli and freshly cooked eggs, for instance, you will not be disappointed. The location was quiet and best possible, close to restaurants and bars. There was a good restaurant, a market and boutiques next door. Distance to the airport was just 25 km.

This hotel was amazing! The rooms are small but beautifully appointed. Every piece of furniture chosen was unique. I can't say enough about the dining room and the breakfasts, they really do go over and above the usual, the cook is very passionate about his meals. We arrived at 4:30 A.M. and a driver was waiting at the airport for us. When we reached the hotel Ayol rushed to open the door for us, and quickly carried our bags to our room and got us settled in. When the staff found out it is was my birthday, they brought us a bottle of champagne and crystal wine glasses. They also bought a converter for us so that we could charge our camera, and told us to take it with us when we left. We stayed for 4 nights, and really hated to leave. This hotel is 2 short blocks from the beach, 3-5 minute walk to Carmel Market, and within walking distance of an air conditioned shopping mall. If we are lucky enough to go back to Tel Aviv some day, we will certainly stay at the Eden Premier.
We had no complaints, we were treated royally.

Lovely comfortable bed in room with balcony and roll top bath. Staff and owners are lovely, really helpful. Real attention to detail. Breakfast is fresh, with something on the menu for everyone. Classy all round.
Our room was big enough for a short stay but some are smaller. Just be aware - this is a small hotel with personality, not an identikit chain.

This place is just fantastic! As soon as you get there, you feel like Alice in Wonderland. I loved the stylish interior, designed with love and free from any limits of imagination. The intelligence and hospitality of the owners and the stuff of the hotel is the additional advantage of this lovely place. I felt at home during all my stay there. I could say, that this is a perfect little hotel for those who need something special: a comfortable home right near the beach, very close to the Carmel market (but, at the same time, far enough from its noisy everyday life - in the quiet and peaceful little street). And you can also find the number of good restaurants and snack-bars near the hotel. My Israeli friends seemed to be surprised and inspired by the fact that I was living in the old Yemeni quartal. The situation is very convenient – you can walk to Neve Tsedic or to Yaffo town as well as get to the central streets of TA from this place. I can also mention their delicious and fresh breakfasts - I really enjoyed the food! And there is hardly any other place in TA you could get this special, very French feeling. One of my friends (she has been living in Tel Aviv for a long time) visited me there for the breakfast once. While we were having our coffee and croissants with jam, she said that she really liked it there. And now she is going to use Eden House Premier as a place for the warm morning conversations with her friends in relaxing and nice atmosphere. .. I highly recommend Eden House Premier to everyone!

The design and style was so charming. I also like the management which is very kind and very careful on keeping their level of reputation. I highly recommend to contact with them if you have any problems during your stay.
I am sure the elevator is working now. You can find rooms smaller then you guess but still they are cute.
